Goals, dreams, aspirations, objectives, visions, ambitions, plans, targets. We all have these kind of stuffs in our lives and achieving these things will definitely lead us to success. Many people succeed because they worked hard in the best way they can. They conquered their fears, overcome those hardships they experienced,and faced the reality of life. Hardships are given for us to be determined on the things that we want to achieve. Success is only attainable if you’ll work hard for it. There are a lot of costs, a lot of things that you’ll experience all throughout the journey towards reaching it but I assure you it would be all worth it. A lot of people succeed because they are really focused on their goals. I admire all of them because of their hardwork and determination to reach wherever they are right now. People tend to give up when they’re experiencing hardships in their lives but if you’ll go through on overcoming it, you will be more dedicated on finishing the work you have started. But what does true success really mean?

Success simply means LIFE. Leadership, Integrity, Faith, and Excellence. First, as you have that leadership in you, you help yourself to set aside things that are inessential in your journey. Second, Integrity, you stand on what you want to achieve whatever life may bring you. You stand on your own way and perspective. Third, Excellence, this should always be included in every work you’re doing towards reaching your destination. And lastly, Faith, not only to yourself but faith to what God has planned for you. Faith, that whatever it takes you will still hope that God has something big for you.

Success is not an easy thing to achieve but the feeling when you already have it is totally and ultimately different. As you progress, you become closer in facing the reality, you become closer on achieving success. There were obstacles along the way but with each small step you will overcome them. There were frustrations, fears, and uncertainties but with each small step they will be crushed. There were hardships but with focus on your desired destination it will be conquered.
